Regarding to this

 could you explain to me what is the “License Indemnification and Intellectual Property Rights” in production options.

Vaadin is licensed under Apache 2.0 and IT Mill Ltd holds all the copyrights to the code. Thus the product should be as safe to use as possible from IPR point of view for any corporation.

Still sometimes enterprises require “guarantees” for IPR from the vendor (and might forbid use of open source components with “no vendor”). As a part of a Vaadin support contract, IT Mill will give contractual guarantees for IPR and agree to take responsibility of any IPR issues related to use of Vaadin. This far no issues have been found (we have been providing this guarantee since 2001) and there are no known issues.
