Touchkit 4 and Loading Indicator

Hi,

I have a hard time finding a way to add a modality curtain (dim background and make it not selectable any more) to the default Touchkit loading indicator.

For Valo we have found this solution: https://vaadin.com/forum#!/thread/8182258/8192019

But that does not work for Touchkit.

Does anybody have a solution for that?

Any idea anyone?

The default loading indicator does not sit in the middle of the screen (vertically) by the way
