Adding vaadin-push.jar with ivy

You should now call ivy resolve, i.e in Eclipse right click on your project and choose ivy->resolve. After that you can check that vaadin-push-7.2.x.jar is in your project build path.
If something goes wrong check that vaadin-push.jar is loaded to ivy local repository( in ivy terms it is called cache).
The default path is ~/.ivy2/cache/com.vaadin/vaadin-server/jars
