I installed Tori on our Liferay portal. According the readme in Git I created categories using MessageBoards to get proper permissions. However I still have problem with new message permissions - all new messages are accessible only by owner and I have to open Message Board manager to update right permissions. Pretty useless. Any idea what’s wrong? Liferay 6.2, Tori downloaded from Marketplace.

Tori doesn’t currently alter the permissions of new messages/threads/categories from the default values after creating them.
On vaadin.com we use site permissions for message boards that override message-specific settings so that all, even guest users can view everything by default.
We’ll need to consider adding a simple permission selector switch (or changing the defaults) to the message authoring view of Tori for this purpose.
