The current Vaadin version can be found in constant com.vaadin.terminal.gwt.server.ApplicationServlet.VERSION

Have the similar problem. Get vaadin plugin for netbeans and also want to know version, but doesn't have terminal library. Tried to use several methods:
com.vaadin.server.VaadinServlet.getCurrent().getServletName() - return name
com.vaadin.server.VaadinServlet.getCurrent().getServletInfo() - return nothing

How i can get version in that case?

Hi,

my previous advice was for Vaadin 6.

For Vaadin 7, you should use the static methods found in com.vaadin.shared.Version class.
