Business Situation:
Leo TechnoSoft’s client wanted them to develop a client management application, where the client could see all reports, branding strategies, domain recoveries and status of reputation management activities end to end. The challenge was integration with backend system which kept generating information about domains and usage of domains from third parties. Systems also needed to maintain core legal documents for long time.
Resolution :
Leo TechnoSoft developed an online web system in
liferay portal development
to support end to end client management. Application was created with over 100+ Sub portals to manage individual clients. Custom Portlets developed were given end to end client management features like status reporting, tracking and approval. Leo TechnoSoft also integrated it with domain services like ‘Whois’ to pull information.
