Control which version of Vaadin for new app created by NetBeans plugin 1.1.

I just created a new Vaadin project with the NetBeans 8 plugin for Vaadin 1.1.1. The plugin configured Vaadin 7.4 Alpha 1 automatically.

How can I tell the plugin to use a less adventurous version of Vaadin for my new project?
