ICEPush breaks when adding/removing components in a window

This is reproducible and has been verified by both us and Vaadin Pro support team.

Is it possible to get the ICEPush team to look at this issue?

The “ICEPush team” consists of perhaps 1-2% of the time of one developer (as a “hobby” project when not busy with work) and he is currently on vacation. There are plans for a supported push solution integrated in Vaadin in future major versions, though.

Until then, it would have to be someone else who would have to get acquainted with the project.
