I was deployed the QuickTickets Dashboard Demo project on eclipse and when I run it on server (JBoss), I obten this output Console:

Is it really that i should purchase a license?

You only need a license for the
Vaadin Charts add-on
, which the demo application uses to draw the charts in the dashboard and in the reports.
Mostly everything is free to use, but the
Pro Tools add-ons
are the most notable exception. There are free options to some of them as well in the
Add-on Directory
.
