What should be the best type of Amazon EC2 instance for a heavy data usage and low number of users application (B2B application)?

Not enough info provided to really help. Is the data small enough to fit in ram? Is it write intensive?
The good thing about EC2, is you can easily try them all out to figure out what your needs are.
Is basically a B2B application, with large data but not write intensive (not too many users)…I moved from a t1.micro which was really not enough to a m1.medium which seems to work fine, but I don’t know if it eventually will fail when users increase…
