I can’t access the new forum with Chrome 28 on Windows 7 when I’m not signed in. Works fine when I’m signed in. Works fine on Firefox 23 when not signed in.
Do you get a page with just the header and footer but nothing where the content should be? In that case, try adding a parameter to the url, e.g. http://vaadin.com/tori?foobar. This is a somewhat recognized issue and the parameter helps at least in my case.
