Hi,
i have noticed that since updating to 7.1 IE10 has a delay when accepting the “drag” over a component, this can also be viewed in the vaadin sampler:

One has to hold the mouse button down for ~500ms until one can drag a component.
This completely breaks an application i am working on.
Ideas?
