The long awaited Release Candidate 1 for Toolkit 5.3.0 is available for download at

The version 5.3.0 will be the first “stable” version of IT Mill Toolkit 5, meaning that it will have a version with no known major problems and the API will be kept backward compatible from this release.
We have reworked and reworked again much of the basic layouts in the last months, so this RC will need to be tested thoroughly. The behaviour of certain layout features has changed significantly, so please report also usability issues regarding the layouts, so that we could still make changes.
