Please see http://dev.itmill.com/statistics/ and select a project to display statistics. Trunk contains Toolkit itself, other folders are Toolkit related projects such as Testing Tools or incubator area.
It gives you a nice view of who does what in Toolkit project and lets you drill down to details in various ways.
Trac itself remains the best place to keep up-to-date regarding what is happening in IT Mill Toolkit project.
