Issue with Upload on some browsers or operating systems

I have hosted a Vaadin 14.3.4 PWA enabled app on AWS on EC2 behind ELB and Route 53 DNS. I have an upload option that works fine on my machine which is a MacBook Pro and I am using Chrome browser.

However, my customer has a Windows 10 and Chrome and the Upload does not seem to work at all. After the File Dialog box pops up and he clicks on Open, nothing happens but no error is thrown either. I am still investigating, but want to know if I need to do (or not do) something and if anyone has experienced this before.
