Hello,
with Vaadin 14.1.18 and Spring Boot i get a wrong installation icon with my WebApp deployed in Production mode to Heroku 
I get a white circle with a blue background. The icon is visible here: https://hdi-hackathon.herokuapp.com/ I have no idea where this icon comes from.
I tried different locations but without the wanted result.
Locally or deployed as a Plain Java Servlet everything works fine.
