Hi Basil. We will do more official announcements once we have locked things for the Vaadin beta release.
We are still finalizing the things, so in one to two weeks all the included should be available and ready for feedback.
For further information, the releases page in https://github.com/vaadin/platform/releases has some additional details about what is included in which release and (eventually) how to take those into use.
