Full Stack App with Spring starter appears to be broken

When I go to [start a new project]
(https://vaadin.com/start/latest) and select the “Full Stack App with Spring”, then click Download, it downloads an 11 byte (empty) zip archive. I’ve tried every available version and they all produce an 11 byte archive. Others starters such as “Project Base with Spring” work…
