Debug Error: Uncaught side Exception - using Addons js in UI applications

Hi,
i’m debugging Webbapp UI applications with addons component client side js,
i don’t receive any exception in console (at runtime)
but i receive this error when i debug UI applications

so i can’t use debugTool inspector and move into Windows (by button click)
or other actions to show connector hierarchy tree

have you an idea i can solve that?
what’s that exception?

the same problem occur on original link Chart.js,
so the problem is on those packages
