There is an odd behavior with dialogs on iPhones and iPads. If the dialog has scrollable content, it’s not ways possible to scroll it. The dialog is frozen. However, upon further inspection you’ll see that the view behind the dialog gets scrolled instead.
It happens in my own app as well as the bakery demo. Try open an order from the storefront and try to scroll it (you may have to pick an order with many items and have the iPad in landscape mode).

If you open a small order in bakery and try to scroll, you’ll see that the list of orders in the background is scrolled.
It’s not only Flow though. The exact same thing is happening if I try to open the iron-image demo on my iPad.

Anyone know what causes this and if it’s fixable?
