Vaadin-flow 10.0.0.beta11 - TextField BlurEvent is not public

After upgraded to beta11, the text field’s blur event become ‘cannot resolved to a type’.

Seems to be fixed in rc1 https://github.com/vaadin/flow/issues/4193
