how to populate with dates in list select? The dates are available hours of the current day from 1h:00mm - 24h:00mm with corresponding color ( Red for 12:0h and 18:0h and so forth )
And when the User picks the time there is an readonly textfields that will automatically populated based on the user picks in the List select
I think this is rather difficult since there is no style generator for ListSelect entries. There has been questions about this before. Hence I think you need to use another component.
