Vaadin 7 and Firefox ESR

Hi,

this is just a small note, I’ve seen in the release notes that Vaadin 7 supports Firefox starting from version 12. I suggest to officially support Firefox ESR, which is at version 10 at the moment, unless there is a reason to really start support from version 12.

We use Firefox ESR in our company, so when we want to promote a development tool, we need it to be compatibile.

 to make an official decision on support for Firefox ESR in Vaadin 7.

This does impact automated testing by adding an environment and may require workarounds for some more browser bugs, but I believe it makes sense for Vaadin to support the current ESR version.
