Well, I have one big intranet project in production for 18 months now. Over 15 revisions over time, it’s very stable and considered a ‘source of truth’. Done in Vaadin 7, Java 8 on Tomcat 7.
And I just released another intranet project using Vaadin Elements Grid. This is SPA on the client and REST on the server sending/receiving JSON. This project is approved for more featured and going to a version 2.
When do you think the Elements Grid v2 will come out of Beta?
Unfortunately I can’t give you an exact date on that, but we have finished all the planned changes we wanted to do before releasing the stable version and are currently just waiting out the beta period.
I’m personally hoping we could release the stable next week at latest.
