Need support for these add-ons on Vaadin 7

We are using following add-ons and we are kind of stuck because these are not (yet) available on Vaadin 7 (alpha-2 or later).

Please suggest how do we proceed? Can the author of these add-ons please find some time and upgrade them to 7?

Three of the four add-ons have their own issue tracker links on the directory pages, so you could perhaps create enhancement requests for this in the project issue trackers if none exist.
