Vaadin 7 Grid variable row height
Hello, I know it's not possible to have the row heights of the grid adjust itself based on it's content at the moment, but will it ever? Do you guys have something on the roadmap for this? I feel like this is a very useful feature, and the table has that capability...
Thanks
Hi Wessel,
We have a team that is currently working on "Grid 2.0", which already now (in pre-releases) supports variable row heights. Currently we don't have a release date (or versions) set for this, though. So I can't make any promises as to when you would be able to use it. Right now it is only packaged as a web component and the pre-release is available at https://github.com/vaadin/vaadin-grid/tree/v2.0.0-pre.1
Cheers,
Jonatan
