IE9 and Vaadin Calendar (not displaying correctly)

Hi, 

Using IE9, the calendar doesn't show the right hand arrow to move to future weeks. It's as if the calendar isn't quite fully displayed (see attachment). It works OK on IE11 and Chrome.

This means many of my customers wont be able to use this Vaadin app. Any ideas to make it work with IE9?
