Vaadin Maven project in Intellij IDEA won't compile scss theme based valo

I'm working on IntelliJ IDEA 2016 , with plugin "File Watchers" installed.
In settings, i have added a file watcher on SCSS files (see attachment file watcher.PNG)
I have setup ruby (2.2 X64) and gems for SCSS and SASS.
I created a Maven project using Vaadin archetype.
The file "mytheme.scss" contains :

@import "../valo/valo.scss";
@mixin mytheme { @include valo}

The file "styles.scss" contains :

@import "mytheme.scss";
@import "addons.scss";
.mytheme { @include addons; @include mytheme; }

When trying to run (with maven and jetty), the compilation will fail with message :

cmd.exe /D /C call C:/PROG/TOOLS/JDK/Ruby22-x64/bin/scss.bat --no-cache --update styles.scss:styles.css
      error mytheme.scss (Line 32: File to import not found or unreadable: ../valo/valo.scss.)

I have nowhere in my project nor workspace the valo/valo.scss file, so I understand the meaning of the error, but is that normal ?
Can someone tell me what is wrong, or what I should try ?
