hope it is not a known Bug, but i didn’t find any.
if I open a chart in a Dialog:

And I maximaize the dialog, the size will not fit. If I press the icon to normalize the size, the Chartsize is still wrong, this time it will be to big. Resizing with drag is okay, but not using the Window-Buttons in the dialog title.
I have the same behavoir in my application, too.
Using:
Chrome 45.0.2454.101
Firefox 38.3.0
