Obtain a non-commercial license for using component

My question is simple :

How can I have a non-commercial license for using components as “Charts” as indicated at this page : https://vaadin.com/pro/licenses

I wrote at this address protools@vaadin.com but any answer for several days.

The request should be sent to protools@vaadin.com, as you did. The answer is not right away but you should get one in the next few days.
