With @Push every actions stucks in load

after updating to 7.1.1 every action (buttons etc.) just shows up a centered loading image and everything is stucked…

Do I have to implement every ui change in an access block with push?

Yes, for every change that takes place from outside the UI request processing. This applies especially to all access to UI components from background threads.

Locking etc. is done automatically (for the same UI/session) for request handling code such as listeners for UI events when the request comes from the client so such access does not need access blocks.

My test was some core code from the quicktickets dashboard demo. http://demo.vaadin.com/dashboard/#!/dashboard
I havent change any of the code that much.

Clicking “Sign in” does not remove login view and compoments and does not build the main layout anymore
Every button click stucks with endless loading.

Could you be a bit more specific on what server and browser you are running on?

Tomcat 7.0.28
java version “1.7.0_03”
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea7 2.1.7) (7u3-2.1.7-1)
OpenJDK Client VM (build 22.0-b10, mixed mode, sharing)

Tested with Firefox and Chrome.

Tested it with debug messages, after clicking my message is not shown by handleAction from ShortcutListener (which invokes a click)

hey guys,

I just found the problem -.-
It was mod_jk…
