Table styling when disabled..

Hi All,

I have a table with one column which contains a text field.
Initially in the
view mode
, I have made my table disabled & upon a button click I make it enabled again.

myTable.setEnabled(false)

However, my project manager wants me to make the
contents of the table more visible
when the table is disabled.
I tried doing the following CSS tweak & no luck…

@ CSS

.disabled_style  .v-table-row {
	opacity: 1.0;
}

@ my class

myTable.setEnabled(false);
myTable.setStyleName("disabled_style");

Also I tried “addStyleName()” too & still no luck.

@ my class

myTable.setEnabled(false);
myTable.addStyleName("disabled_style");

Can someone please suggest me a solution for this issue…??
Any help is greatly appreciated…

Thanks in advance.
Asela.

You should override the .v-disabled style for the contents.

Hi Anna,

Thanks a bunch for your reply. I did override the style & got it working.
Below is the code for anyone who’s facing the same issue.

@ CSS

.disabled_style.v-disabled { // Remember NO SPACES in between
    opacity: 2.0;
    filter: alpha(opacity=100);
}

@ my class

myTable.setEnabled(false);
myTable.setStyleName("disabled_style");

Thanks again.

Regards,
Asela.
