Strange Window scroll

Hi,

I have pretty tiny application with Window which is higher than browser. I am scrolling down the window and changing value of the field on the bottom. When the field looses focus, window is scrolling up automaticly.

Is it bug or feature?

Example is attached:
mvn jetty:run
