Rendering problems

A small problem on 5.2 → 5.3 RC9 porting process: what does this message in debug console mean - Im getting it every time application starts:

Assuming CSS loading is not complete, postponing render phase. (.i-loading-indicator height == 0)
Assuming CSS loading is not complete, postponing render phase. (.i-loading-indicator height == 0)

… a lot of similar lines ( about 20 ), then it ends up with the following:

Running layout functions due window resize
Processing time was 24ms for 2375 characters of JSON
Referenced paintables: 4
CSS files may have not loaded properly.

Then my application window apperas on the screen. The time from application started and displayed is about 4-5 seconds in Safari/FF. With IE application window even never appears.

Main window uses custom layout file, but it appears to be simple:

<div id="header">
    <div id="logo">
        <h1><a href="#">Alee Archive</a></h1>
    </div>
    <div id="menu">
        <ul>
            <li class="current_page_item"><a href="#">System</a></li>
            <li><a href="#">Settings</a></li>
            <li><a href="#">Audit</a></li>
            <li><a href="#">Explorer</a></li>
            <li><a href="#">Exit</a></li>
        </ul>
    </div>
</div>

<div id="page">
    <div id="content">
        <div class="post">
            <div class="title">
                <h2><a href="#">Server Information And Management</a></h2>
            </div>
            <div class="entry" location="content"></div>
            <p class="links"> &nbsp; </p>
        </div>
    </div>
</div>

<div id="footer">
    <p class="legal">
        &copy;2006-2009 <a href="http://www.alee.ru">Alee Software</a>. All Rights Reserved.
    </p>
</div>

Update: Relax, that just was me, stupid, accidently cut the @import clause from the custom css theme %-) It doing fine now…
