Portlet Visibility

I am using Vaadin to create portlets inside Liferay,

everything is working great, I can upload a war file and see it in my “Add” List,

But is there anywhere that I can alter which Organizations can see my Portlet? Or perhaps even at a User level?

This is managed by the Portal Server (Liferay) not Vaadin.

Refer to the Liferay documentation on portlet permissions, specifically Actions, Resources and the Liferay Admin if I remember correctly.
