LoginForm broken in Chrome?

Please could you tell more details. I could not reproduce this with 4.0.249.49 (35163) beta for Mac in

5.0.317.2 dev on XP blinks and flashes a lot, but functions correctly. The blinking is so bad, though, that I’d classify it as a
defect
.

The Chrome version is 4.0.249.78 unknown (36714) for Windows.

This has been fixed in (at least) Chrome 6.0.437.3
