I just want to know, if there are some inplace editors, like they are in Jira (if you hover a text, you get an edit button) or in X-editable (http://vitalets.github.io/x-editable/demo-bs3.html?c=inline).

such inplace editors are not a part of the core components, and I’m not aware of any add-on which does this. You might want to search the Vaadin Directory just to be sure. I do know that such functionality has been implemented in many projects and it should not be that difficult to do.
