Require a person with expert working knowledge and strong experience (minimum 5 years) in ALL of the following technologies:
*** Java and Java EE,
- Spring Boot,
- Vaadin,
- Windows Active Directory,
- Web App Security,
- Azure, IBM BlueMix, Heroku and/or similar hosting,
- and related technologies (security penetration testing, Metasploit, etc)**
And if possible:
- Wordpress and using Wordpress front end forms, screens, etc with Java web apps / back ends,
to provide face-to-face training and advice for up to 5 days in the near future (the sooner the better).
I have decades of database, desktop app, and client server development experience, but am fairly new to Web apps. I’ve been working through many tutorials, videos, etc on Spring Boot, and some on Vaadin, but need help getting everything to work properly in my environment (Windows Active Directory, Windows Server 2012+, Microsoft SQL Server 2012+, etc), and I have many questions that I cannot find any good answers to and issues that I have not been able to resolve. Keep hitting walls.
Location: Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia (but am prepared to travel, or maybe use video conferencing).
Suggested stages:
*** Stage 01:** testing the water, see who is around / available with the experience and skills needed.
*** Stage 02:** meet via Zoom video conferencing or similar for an interview / discussion to make sure we are all on the same page. I’ll be asking some pointy questions to make sure you are legit.
*** Stage 03:** trial training for 1-3 hours via Zoom video conferencing or similar. See how workable this is, and decide whether to stay with video conferencing or travel to meet face-to-face.
*** Stage 04**: proceed with the training for up to 5 days - stay with Zoom, if this is working fine, or change over to face-to-face if preferred. If travel is required: I will travel to you for the face-to-face training (at your location), or (if needed) pay for you to travel to me (pay your expenses and travel time) at my office.

I will need to get final approval (when Stages 1 and 2 are completed) for funds to be made available (when stages 3 and 4 are completed).

No time wasters please. If you aren’t an expert with strong experience (minimum 5 years) in all of the mentioned technologies and have an excellent track record in these technologies, please don’t bother replying.

If I shortlist you and proceed onto Stages 3 and 4, I will require a detailed CV, at least 4 professional work references, and proof of experience from you. You will be required to fill out some paper work for my company. In addition, when the training is completed, I will require a proper Tax Invoice with ABN from you before payment can be made. No “payment in advance” or “cash in hand” non-sense.

If your skills / experience / knowledge are not up to par on any of the required technologies, I reserve the right to cancel the training without notice and only pay you for the hours of training you have provided so far.
