GWT Vaadin Integration Error

Hi All,
I am new to Vaadin.I tried to integrate Vaadin into my existing gwt project.
I am using vaadin-all-7.4.2 package and added in classpath.
1)vaadin-client-7.4.2.jar
2)vaadin-client-compiler-7.4.2.jar
3)vaadin-server-7.4.2.jar
4)vaadin-shared-7.4.2.jar

After that i am inheriting Vaadin into my gwt.xml

But I tried to add TreeTable treeTable=new TreeTable(); in my client it throws error

No source code is available for type com.vaadin.ui.TreeTable; did you forget to inherit a required module?

I cant find any *.gwt.xml in vaadin-server-7.4.2.jar.How can i inherit TreeTable and other ui in Vaadin.Someone provide the valid steps for this error.

Thanks in Advance.

Ashok

Hello,

TreeTable is a sever-side class, it’s not GWT at all and it is not possible to run it on the client-side.
You can try using the client-side part of this component, it is called VTreeTable. In TreeTableConnector you can find code snippets how it’s actually used.
However, Vaadin components are not designed to be used as purely client-side, so although it is theoretically possible, it practice might be quite inefficient, but give it a try and see if it suits your needs.
