Hi guys! Looking for a component like a “guided help” i thought i have seen something like this but cant find or remember where i have seenn this.
A user klicks a button and then the componentes gets higlightetd step by step with a description. Was that in a Vaadin app? I dont know maybe some one of you have an idea

You should use the official component instead: Popover component | Vaadin components
I don’t think there is an addon for a guided help (there was an “onboarding” addon but it’s outdated. You can integrate third party component like pendo. i don’t know if there are free alternatives.

We have just started to look at the commercial product Pendo:
I haven’t used it myself, only ensured that we generate ids that Pendo can hook onto.
I guess the question is how much guided help you’re going to have.
Not that much, it should be enough to have some few tooltips :)
