FilesystemContainer Problem from the official tutorial

Hello i just try to learn Vaadin so I started the video step-by-step from the youtube channel (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWrkinZkKjI&list=TL_gz3v6Yojkw
) 3:52 min

So I created a new folder on my desktop an put in some files, but still i get the error description The requested resource is not available when i start the programm.

My code:
package com.example.document_manager;

import java.io.File;
import com.vaadin.annotations.Theme;
import com.vaadin.data.util.FilesystemContainer;
import com.vaadin.server.VaadinRequest;
import com.vaadin.ui.ComboBox;
import com.vaadin.ui.UI;

@SuppressWarnings(“serial”)
@Theme(“document_manager”)
public class DocUI extends UI {

FilesystemContainer docs = new FilesystemContainer(new File(“C:\Users\Melvin\Desktop\Test”));
ComboBox docList = new ComboBox(“Documents”, docs);

@Override
protected void init(VaadinRequest request) {
setContent(docList);
}
}

Hope someone can help me. I use Tomcat 7 and Eclipse 4.2… Or is there a better tutorial? Thanks in advance.
