Communication Problem, how to debug?


We have 2 Vaadin application in production right now, and multiple users are complaining about communication errors (please see 2 attachments). I’m not sure why this is happening. We are using Vaadin 6.8.5 and they are using IE 8, mostly. We have the session timeouts set to 30 mins. I cannot reproduce this problem locally, so stuck how to proceed. I’ve done several searches around this issue, but haven’t been able to find anything definitive yet.

Please, anyone that has some insight, it would be much appreciated. As mentioned, this is occurring in 2 separate production systems and is having a significant impact on our users.
