Hi, I am using com.vaadin.ui.Calendar so its not a addon and i am getting this alert.

Widgetset '' does not contain implementation for com.vaadin.ui.Calendar. Check its component connector's @Connect mapping, widgetsets GWT module description file and re-compile your widgetset. In case you have downloaded a vaadin add-on package, you might want to refer to So my question is:
do i have to add inherits to my widgetSet file?
I always edit my widgeset file when i install some new addon with client side, thats why i am little confused ;).

I am using grails with vaadin plugin 7.3.3 and here is my widgeset file

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
"-//Google Inc.//DTD Google Web Toolkit 1.7.0//EN"
    <inherits name="com.vaadin.DefaultWidgetSet" />

 <!-- <inherits name="com.vaadin.addon.calendar.gwt.CalendarWidgetset" /> -->
 <!--  i was using addon earlier -->
 <!-- and some other plugins -->
    <inherits name="org.vaadin.easyuploads.Widgetset" />
    <inherits name="org.vaadin.addon.leaflet.draw.DrawWidgetset" />
    <inherits name="org.vaadin.hezamu.canvas.CanvasWidgetset" />
    <inherits name="org.vaadin.addon.leaflet.markercluster.Widgetset" />
    <inherits name="org.dussan.vaadin.dcharts.DchartsWidgetset"/>
<!-- This file is automatically updated based on new dependencies by the goal "vaadin:update-widgetset". -->

Cheers Rafal.

@edit (sorry for missleading title but i cant edit it ;( )

You seem to have outcommented the widget set required by Calendar, so it doesn’t work.

If you have outcommented an inherit rule for a widget set, the automatic vaadin:widgetset-update goal (run implicitly in compile phase) does not force inheriting it again.
