Since TouchKit doesn't provide a similar menu to most modern mobile apps, I decided to create one.

The menu can be used with or without the NavigationManager by using the provided SlideMenuView class (see included example code). Menu can be opened programatically, and closed programmatically or clicking outside the menu.
