CollabTextArea is a text area whose content can be edited by many users at the same time using different browsers. The text area component is still very basic. This add-on also contains AbstractDiffSyncComponent class for impementing other collaborative Vaadin components that use Differential Synchronization (http://neil.fraser.name/writing/sync/) algorithm, such as CollabTextArea. Documentation about that is still poor.
