# This project has reached End-Of-Life (EOL) and is no longer maintained. The FlashCanvas component can be used to create Flash graphic content for your application. You no longer need to separately compile your external SWF-files or use some other language like Flex or Actionscript to create the content. All graphics can be created server side, using only Java. The component both implements server side drawing and client side drawing so you can either choose to use the component to display graphics or you can have your users draw on the component with a range of different brushes! The component is supported on all major browsers and can be used with Vaadin 6.2+.
